    Development Manager

    Ross joined Iron Capital as Business Development Manager for NSW and brings more than 20 years in the Earthmoving machinery supply and rental industries to the business. This experience has most recently been in a business development capacity at Emeco International (ASX listed and Australians largest independent mining rental business) for 5 years. Prior to Emeco, Ross was integral to the development and growth of the Max Hire rental business throughout the Hunter and regional NSW. Ross also spent 11 years working with the previous NSW Caterpillar dealer in sales, rental, and branch management roles.

    Nick brings more than 20 years of experience across the mining, civil and forestry equipment industries. Having started his career as a diesel mechanic and then moving into sales and major accounts roles, Nick has developed exceptional equipment and industry knowledge. As a former small business owner Nick understands the challenges and pressures of running a business and is committed to helping his customers succeed and grow their own operations.

    Development Manager

    Stevie is Business Development Manager for QLD and northern NSW, with a background in asset-based lending, business relationship management and risk management. Stevie has more than a decade’s experience in senior roles with Pickles, Australia’s largest privately owned and operated auction group, and for GE Capital’s equipment finance sales team across Australia in the mining, transport, and civil construction industries.

  • Brendon Mayo

    Queensland Business Development Manager

    Brendon is Business Development Manager for QLD, bringing over 15 years of experience in finance, valuations, and asset remarketing. Prior to joining Iron Capital, Brendon worked with Gordon Brothers and GE Capital where he led deals in M&A, capital raising, and debt restructuring across the transport, mining, and civil construction industries. Brendon has also worked with Pickles, one of Australia’s largest auction houses where he managed asset remarketing programmes for clients across Queensland.

  • Marc St Ange

    Victoria / South Australia / Tasmania
    Business Development Manager

    Marc has joined Iron Capital as Business Development Manager for VIC, TAS and SA, bringing more than 20 years of heavy machinery experience across the mining, civil and earthmoving equipment industries. Most recently Marc had a 3-year stint as the Vic territory manager for Porter Equipment Australia. Marc’s time as a major accounts manager in the forklifts and heavy machinery sector with both Crown and Nissan, along with his 15 years in the earthmoving equipment industry means he has a wealth of sector knowledge. He has worked with some of Australia’s largest equipment dealers, including 8 years with Victorian Caterpillar dealer Williams Adams.
